Our Bonuses and Promotions

Every figure on this page comes straight from our promotions desk. The welcome package is 100% up to 1600 AUD with 150 free spins, and the ongoing offers run on a weekly cycle. Below we break down each bonus, the wagering maths and the terms that apply, so you know exactly what you claim before you claim it.

Your Welcome Bonus in Numbers

First deposit package

Make your first deposit of 30 AUD or more with the code WOO and we double it up to 1600 AUD, then add 150 free spins. The bonus funds and the free spins both carry a 40x wagering requirement and stay active for 7 days. Winnings from real money play have no cap; winnings from the free spins are capped at 160 AUD.

What We Run Every Week

Ongoing offers

• Weekly reload bonuses up to 150 AUD on selected deposit days
• Weekend free spins drops tied to qualifying deposits
• Cashback up to 20% returned to your balance
• Regular slot tournaments with entry through the promotions page

Our Nine Level VIP Program

How the tiers work

Every real money wager earns comp points, and those points move you through nine VIP levels. Each level unlocks a better set of conditions than the one before it, from a higher cashback rate to faster handling of your withdrawals.

• Comp points on every real money bet, redeemable as you climb
• Cashback that increases with your level
• Exclusive bonuses reserved for upper tiers
• Higher withdrawal limits than the standard 6,500 AUD per day
• A personal VIP manager from the top levels

You do not apply for the VIP program. Placement is automatic from your first wager, and your level is visible in your account profile alongside the current comp point balance.

How You Claim a Bonus

Step by step

The claim path is the same whether you take the welcome package or a weekly reload. The whole sequence takes under two minutes if your account is already verified.

• Register an account at Woo Casino and confirm your email.
• Deposit at least 30 AUD using PayID, Neosurf, a card or crypto.
• Enter the promo code WOO at the cashier for the welcome package.
• Open the eligible game to activate your free spins.
• Track remaining wagering in the bonuses tab of your profile.
• Withdraw once the 40x requirement shows as complete.

For weekly reloads and weekend free spins, check the promotions page on the day, since the qualifying deposit window and the game list change from offer to offer.

Wagering Explained With Real Maths

A worked example

On the minimum deposit of 30 AUD, the requirement is 40 x 30 AUD, or 1,200 AUD in bets. The same formula applies to the free spins portion, where the 40x applies to whatever the spins pay out, subject to the 160 AUD cap.

• You deposit 100 AUD with the code WOO
• We credit a 100 AUD bonus, so your balance is 200 AUD
• Wagering owed is 40 x 100 AUD = 4,000 AUD in total bets
• Pokies count at full value, so 4,000 AUD of spins clears it
• Once cleared, the full balance is withdrawable with no cap

Key Terms You Should Know

Restrictions in force

These conditions sit behind every bonus we issue. Reading them once saves a support ticket later, and none of them are hidden in fine print on this page.

• Bonus funds expire after 7 days from activation
• Free spins winnings are capped at 160 AUD regardless of the game outcome
• While wagering is open, keep single bets at or under 5 AUD
• Pokies contribute 100% to the wagering requirement
• Table games contribute 10%; live dealer games contribute 0%
• One active bonus at a time, and parallel withdrawals pause bonus play
• Bets above the limit or on excluded games void the bonus and its winnings

If a term on the promotions page contradicts this summary, the promotions page version governs that specific offer. For anything unclear, live chat runs 24/7 and [email protected] answers within the day.

Current Promo Codes

Active codes

Weekly reloads, weekend free spins and cashback are applied automatically once the qualifying deposit lands, so no code is needed for those. If we add codes for a tournament or a seasonal drop, they will be listed on the promotions page with their own entry window.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a promo code for the Woo Casino welcome bonus?

Yes. Enter the code WOO in the promo code field when making your first deposit of at least 30 AUD. The 100% match up to 1600 AUD and the 150 free spins credit after the deposit clears.

How long do I have to complete the 40x wagering?

You have 7 days from activation. Bonus funds and unfinished wagering are removed from your balance when the window closes.

Is there a cap on what I can win from the welcome bonus?

Real money and bonus winnings have no limit. Winnings from the 150 free spins are capped at 160 AUD.

Which games count towards wagering?

Pokies count 100% of each bet, table games count 10%, and live dealer games count 0%. Bets on live tables do not reduce your remaining requirement.

What happens if I bet more than 5 AUD while wagering?

Bets above 5 AUD per round while a bonus is active can void the bonus and any winnings tied to it. Keep your stakes at or under that limit until wagering is complete.
